Our co-founders Maximilian and Mischa spent a week in Lisbon aiming to refine their business ideas. They assessed each other’s personality profiles to leverage individual strengths effectively – and recognized the limited actionable insights such profiles provide. This was the spark to focus on finding a way to make personality profiles truly actionable.

After months of conceptualizing and iterating, while working and studying full-time, our co-founders began building structures based on that spark. More and more clarity and confidence arose both product- and market-wise between April and December 2023. We received meaningful support from an expert in understanding and utilizing personality profiles for performance coaching. This was central for building a base in our research intelligence.

Since January 2024, our co-founders – along with their founding partner and member of the advisory board, Enzo – have focused predominantly on in2humans. This commitment enabled our early growth: we celebrated our first functional prototype coupled with serious interest from various industries.

In February 2024, we welcomed our first official investor and strategic partner, axisbits. Through this equity partnership, we have been able to remarkably accelerate our early growth based on three main pillars: product, branding and advisory. Our partner is responsible for developing our market-ready software product. We rebuilt our brand and website. Even more pivotal for our long-term success, axisbits’ co-founders Nicolas and Denis joined our advisory board.

In May 2024, our market-ready product will be launched. With a considerable and growing number of companies lining up to test our solution, our new full-time CBDO, Ted, joined in2humans – an important milestone for our company. His role will be to ensure this feedback is scrutinized and that crucial structures are established for early and rapidly growing sales. With Ted on board, in2humans will grow to six individuals, comprising three team members and three advisory board members, not including our 25+ full-stack developers ensuring the excellence of our technology.
